To have a better design outcome we recommend to be as detailed as possible. But there are times when you also don't really know and that's ok. We can figure this out together since we also provide user research and UX consultation.
Most of our projects are completed within 3-5 days. On average, simple tasks take 1-2 days to be completed, moderate tasks take 2-4 days, complex tasks take around 4-5 days.
You might be surprised to hear this, but Justdesign is actually an agency of two. However, requests such as animations or custom illustrations are provided by partner designers.
Most requests are designed using Figma.
We use Trello with all our clients. You can share Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, you can link to or share everything in Trello.
